4 Easy Steps to Getting Your Library Card

2. Fill out the application.


3. Bring the application to any of our branches in Delaware, Powell, or Ostrander with proof of your current address and photo identification (such as a driver's license).


4. Get the smartest card you'll ever own and a FREE bookmark!

*Children under 18 years of age will need to have a parent's signature on their card application.
