Join Julie Standish for one hour of meditation tips, resources, and a short introductory practice. This program will give you the tools you need to begin incorporating a daily meditation practice into your life.
If you love to cook and want a fun, casual environment to try and share new recipes, the Cookbook Club is just for you! We take home a new cook book every month and try out recipes. Then we make/bake/create and bring our favorite to the club to share with the group and discuss techniques and have a great time. Come hungry!

Join local artist and owner of the new paint studio in Delaware, Canvas Creations for You, for a night of painting fun! No prior artistic experience needed. Canvas, paints and brushes, as well as light refreshments, will be provided. Artists will take home their masterpiece. Registration is required. Please register below.
