The Friends of the Library (FOL) Bargain Book Fair offers hundreds of gently used books, movies and more for members and public to explore and discover. Upon finding that perfect pile of materials, visitors may make a donation to the FOL, which goes back to buy more books and support library programs and events.

The FOL gladly accept donations of gently used books for future FOL book fairs. Drop your donations off at any of our four DCDL locations.

At Preschool Story Time, we use interactive songs, finger plays, flannel stories, books and sometimes crafts to learn and have fun! Preschool story time is different from toddler time because at this age children’s attention spans are getting longer so we incorporate material that is appropriate for their interested mind!

Join us for a very special series especially for parents. This month's Parent-to-Parent Panel will feature local speakers who are knowledgable on the subject of children's health and safety. Everything from good nutrition and healthy teeth to vaccinations, car seat safety and resources to help you out will be covered. Each speaker will give tips in their area of expertise and then it opens up to you for your questions.
