Featured Adult Programs

What's cooking? This summer the Delaware County District Library will feature many food-based programs at all our branches. Starting on May 22 at 7 PM, you can share some of your favorite recipes from the Delaware Main Library's cook book of the month, The Smitten Kitchen Cookbook: Recipes and Wisdom from an Obsessive Home Cook. The Delaware Main Library Cook Book Club meets on the fourth Thursday of every month.

Ostrander's Cook Book Club will also meet in July and August this summer, as will Powell's Cook Book Club. The Orange Branch Cook Book Club meets for a special BBQ Edition this July! Come have some delicious southern style BBQ, share your favorite recipes, discuss techniques, and generally have a grand time. You bring a side from Melissa Cookston's Smokin' in the Boys' Room and we'll provide the main course.

You'll want to come hungry to all of these pot-luck-styled programs. You certainly get your fill of food!
